A graduate in Electrical Engineering from Santa Cecília University, with an MBA in Business Management from the National Institute of Post-Graduation and specialization in Leadership Program from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
João has solid experience in leading teams and processes in the fields of engineering, operations, maintenance, and implementation of hydropower, thermal, wind power plants, and transmission lines, gained through activities in companies in Brazil and abroad.
Will be responsible for the strategic direction of the operation and maintenance of the São Simão Power Plant, as well as the implementation and management of modernization processes, ensuring the safety of teams and compliance with environmental and legal requirements.
