Odair Oregoshi joined the SPIC Brasil team in October 2019. With a degree in Business Administration from Mackenzie, he has over 25 years of experience and has worked in banks, industries and service companies such as Volkswagen Group, ABN Amro Bank, KPMG and JSL Group. Odair was responsible for implementing Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Controls and Finance areas in Brazil and abroad and has strong knowledge in the Risk Management frameworks (COSO 2017), B3, CVM and Compliance Programs (anti-corruption law, FCPA and Uk Bribery). He is a guest lecturer for the FIA/USP, a member of the UN Global Compact Anti-Corruption GT and a member of the ESG Commission for the IBRI. Odair is a volunteer mentor at the Reciclar Institute, which acts to include underserved youth in the labor market.
